A founding partner of KordaMentha and one of Australia's leading specialists in business recovery and restructuring, Mark has been involved in numerous large confidential turnaround/restructuring engagements in the wine, property, transport, manufacturing and retail industries. In addition to his formal insolvency credentials, Mark has also participated in a number of large-scale loan portfolio realisations and managed wind-downs.
Before founding KordaMentha in 2002, Mark enjoyed a successful 22-year career with Andersen that began in the Financial Consulting Division in 1979. Mark was a founding member of the Corporate Recovery and Turnaround Practice, led the Australian Consulting Practice from 1994-1997 and was a member of the board responsible for worldwide performance and strategic direction.
