Effectively we become your mailbox and make sense of all that documentation you receive when you buy and sell individual securities or managed funds. We collect and bank all dividends/distributions, attend to settlements and registrations, manage transition requirements and rollovers, meet regular income payments and pay tax and other bills on your behalf.
You are provided with secure daily web access to your portfolio, where a number of reports can be accessed that are downloadable in various formats - particularly helpful for your accountant.
Our administration service involves an end-of year audit of your portfolio by an independent auditor, along with an annual reporting pack for your accountant.
